We are committed to complying with all relevant legal, regulatory and other environmental requirements that apply to us.

We continuously improve our environmental management system in order to minimise our environmental impact, conserve resources and avoid environmental pollution.

3. Climate protection and resource efficiency

• Operation of a 100 kW peak photovoltaic system to cover a significant proportion of our electricity requirements from renewable energies.
• Exclusive purchase of certified green electricity to minimise the company's carbon footprint.
  Use of electric and hybrid vehicles to reduce CO₂ emissions in the vehicle fleet.
• Promotion of energy efficiency measures in all areas of the company.

4. Biodiversity and ecological commitment

• Support for biodiversity by providing land for a local beekeeper and maintaining bee-friendly habitats.
• Preservation and promotion of natural habitats, including through a company-owned pond that serves as a habitat and breeding ground for amphibians such as salamanders.

5. Waste prevention and circular economy

• Consistent waste separation in all areas of the company.
• Waste prevention through optimised processes, reuse and recycling.

6. Employee participation and awareness raising
We regularly sensitise and train our employees so that they understand our environmental goals, actively support them and implement them in their everyday work.
This environmental policy is publicly available to all employees and interested parties. It is reviewed regularly and adapted to changing conditions as necessary.
